Egg Rite Egg Timer

This wonderful device takes the guesswork out of cooking eggs. Placed in a pan with eggs, its internal sensor reacts to heat just as the eggs do. As the timer heats up, its face darkens from the outer edge inward, displaying the eggs' current status on the calibrated gauge: soft, medium, or hard. Adjusts for number of eggs, amount of water, and altitude.
